Influenced by the current economic environment, many questions come up related to Employment. Taking into consideration the demographic effects, it is necessary to reflect on the required professionals in the different knowledge areas to support the evolution of the present system in order to replace part of the working population at present. This is why, bizkaia:talent aims to show the system & society the needs of Talent to be able to “nourish” a productive model in transformation. In this session, the different scenarios, where the Talent needs are, will be introduced. Needs analysed by the area typologies of the university studies in the Basque Country.
